My dog Mavis's trainer recommended this type of treat (easy and quick to chew) at her classes and had several types for people to try with their dogs if the treats they brought weren't holding their dogs attention, including these which I already had. I mix half beef and half chicken to make it more interesting and Mavis' favorite time of day is when we work on her training and she sees the treat pouch go on.
