Works as advertised
Reviewed By:  J. Parker (Corinth, Vermont)
I have had these buckets for 4 months now and the weather just really tested these buckets. It was -25F this morning and the buckets were still ice free. I do not think I can ask these buckets to perform any better.

Melting Bucket
Reviewed By:  Suzi Parsons (Florence, Montana)
I am now on my second Heated Flat Back Bucket from Allied Precision Industries. The first one melted along the sides, about an inch up from the bottom, and developed leaks. The management at Quality Supply in Missoula, MT gave me another. Now this one is showing distorted plastic in the same places, and looks like it too will leak if I continue to use it. I do not use an extension cord, and the bucket is snapped into an eye bolt in the wall. I do suspect the pony mare in this stall may be playing with the bucket, spilling the water. But according to the web site the element only goes to 50 degrees and shouldn't be affecting the bucket's plastic even if empty.

A Must for Cold
Reviewed By:  Susie (Lindsey, Ohio)
This bucket is a must in Ohio weather. No more chipping ice off buckets. Keeps the water from freezing. Also the newborn kids love laying againest these buckets for the heat. Dual purpose.
