For adjusting the length of the webbers, put the "T" buckle thru the 2nd hole from the end (2nd longest length). Then put the "T" buckle thru the top hole (shortest length). This will effectively shorten the stirrup length significantly and works well for our little students.

Over all the Wintec Lead Line saddle is wonderful. Fits my 2 1/2 yr old son and Wintec makes a great product. The webbers however are much too long for a small child. I wrapped them twice around the stirrup hole and it is still too long.
