I bought this for my Coton because she eats so fast sometimes she gets sick and she always belches because of the air she swallows eating so fast. I bought this and it slowed her down. No belching and I think she actually tastes her food and enjoys meal time better. The only think I had to do was place it in her bowl and put a few bits of kibble to get her use to it. Great buy!
This stainless steel portion pacer ball works extremely well and slows down eating speed tremendously! It used to take our St. Bernard puppy about 30 seconds to eat his food, but with the Portion Pacer ball it now takes him about three minutes. It is nice how it moves around in his bowl--slowing his eating pace but still allowing him to eat all of his food after moving the ball strategically around inside the bowl. I highly recommend this product to slow eating pace and to help prevent the deadly condition of bloat.
