We have ordered several of these for our pitties. At first sight they seemed like they would fall apart but they have withstood a good 6 months. Ropes are meant for tug not chewing and eating,if I let them chew they wouldn't last 5 mins. They are tuff and stiff at first but once they break in you will find little strings everywhere,be prepared to vacuum. I will buy them again they are great for the price and my dogs carry them everywhere.
Great for 2 (or 3!) tug-of-war play. I suppose that dogs that like to chew on rope might destroy this, but as a play toy it's woven tightly enough to survive months of daily tug-of-war play, yet supple enough that it's chompable for grip without breaking apart.
These ropes are good but still no match for my pittie mixes. The first one lasted a few days & the 2nd about an hour. They are pretty powerful chewers though so definitely think these are good quality just not invincible.
