i got this when my lab was a puppy to crate train her it worked very very well for it. its pretty heavy its metal so its a bit hard to carry, so if you need it to transport the other plastic ones would be better, if your crate training this ones good cuz the dog can see you through it.
I use this all the time. My dog goes with me to training, & to visit my daughter out of town. It folds up nicely to take in the car, enabling me to take her 'den' with us. She's comfortable in it, & likes the ability to see all that is going on around her. We would be lost without it!
