Might be great for small dogs but not medium dogs that are normal chewers and definately not for a dog that is a chewer. This lasted litterally 30 seconds!
This is our dog's most favorite toy. He loves to squeak this chicken when he goes out to chase squirrels in the back yard. He loves it so much, he buries it with its head up in the yard daily, and then brings it out when he needs it. This toy has the best and the funniest squak sound to it. I see that they are on "Indefinite Back Order" right now. I'm so glad that I stocked up (bought several). One lasts 6 months or so even when left out in the backyard.
I got this toy 4 months ago and it is a big hit! The sound of this squeaker is so funny it not only makes the dog on his toes but makes all humans around laugh too! Although it's pretty loud you may need to make sure not to play with it after quiet hours. 4 months of play, my moderate chewer dog only chewed off the tip of the beak.
