It's much larger than described (I got the large and it's almost 12" long from end to end!) so I was disappointed at first. But my miniature dachshund, who usually doesn't like larger stuffies, totally loves it. It's great for tug, you can throw it like a frisbee, and the "tentacles" flop around appealingly when kill-shaken. I took off a star because it's not that well-made. My dog is not a strong chewer, but the orange fuzzy side sheds bits in his mouth when he bites at it. (Tip: for small dogs, the $2 unstuffed loofa toy is awesome!)
I bought one of these as part of my dog's Christmas present. It's well made and looks like it should hold up to plenty of wear and tear. Great for dogs that like to tear at their plush toys. Cute too!
