These are perfect training treats. I also give them to my very timid border collie when I clip her nails. When she gets nervous, these are the only treats she'll eat. So I always need to have them in stock!
I love these treats. They are pretty minimal with ingredients, stay good in their package unopened for a long time, the dogs LOVE them, and they break apart very well. They can get kind of crumbly if you break them into very tiny pieces but the dogs don't seem to mind. Since they don't have preservatives, you'll want to refrigerate unused open portions in between training sessions if they are going to be sitting for more than a day or two. They are also VERY economical for being pretty much pure meat! These are some of my favorite treats!
