My young cat with breathing issues was not able to chase toys without getting winded but he wanted to play, so finding a suitable toy was a real problem. Then I found the Fling-ama-string. He absolutely adored the toy and since he could lay down while playing with it, he didn't experience breathing problems. This toy was also a favorite with an injured cat. Get extra batteries!
The play value is definitely 5 stars, but I took off one star because the elastic band stretched out quickly, and doesn't appear to be replaceable.
My cat loves this sooo much we have to keep changing the batteries. It seem to go through batteries pretty fast so I am going to get rechargables for it. This toy really gets her going. This is one of her all time favorites.
my neighbor originally tested this toy with her shelter cats and she loved it. i bought one this weekend for the cats and we have already replaced the batteries 1 time. this morning when I walked into the kitchen both cats were sitting in front of it waiting for me to turn it on. We test 100's of toys and this one is one of the best!
