Nice, bridle at a great price
Reviewed By:  N. Simonson (Duluth, MN)
I bought this bridle directly from the manufacturer. Like the other reviewer, I was surprised that that black coloring rubbed off the leather. It didn't stain the white leather, however, and after a couple months of use the bridle no longer sheds black. Aside from that issue, the leather is quite nice. You really can't find leather this supple for even 1/3 of the price. As mentioned by another reviewer, the sizing of the noseband runs quite large. It's more like a warmblood noseband on a full size bridle. It fits my horse on the smallest hole, though I should probably punch another hole. I don't use the flash so I can't comment on the fit of that, although the "kink" in the leather where the flash attaches worked its way out right away on my bridle. All in all, it's a nice bridle worth the price.

Bad Bridle
Reviewed By:  Taylor (Green Bay, Wisconsin)
I bought this bridle hoping to use it to show dressage. I like buying from Jeffers because they have great deals and the products usually are of high quality, USUALLY. In this case, I was overall disappointed. From when I got the bridle, it got black stain all over EVERYTHING including the white leather on it. Even though I washed it several times it still got black stain everywhere. I never had that happen with black leather before. Also, I had to punch several holes in the noseband to make it sit in the right spot, my horse always fits perfectly into a full size bridle, but not this one. Also, when the flash noseband was attached, the normal noseband tipped down strangely. It just looked terrible and I had to punch several holes in the flash noseband too it always managed to come off. In the end, the loop attaching to the flash noseband broke so I couldn't even use it. After having this bridle for about 4 months it was much less than satisfactory. If I were you, I would put my money somewhere besides this bridle.
