I have given these treats to my four dogs since 2006. I work for an Avian Vet and to my surprise, after reading the ingredients of Pooch Passions he said they could be used as treats for parrots!! Of course, quantity and size of each parrot must be considered. I have 15 parrots and have given them Pooch Passions as treats for two years now. All my parrots love them (peanut butter the best!). So these are delicious healthy treats for dogs and parrots. Something to consider!
I bought the peanut butter flavor of these treats for our dogs for Christmas. They went so crazy over them that I immediately bought another container. Our Pekapoo practically stands on her nose when she sees you pick up the container!
I have been purchasing the Carob Pooch Passions for all of my dogs for many years and they all love them. The dogs gobble them up like they would real candy. Carob is health and safe, not like chocolate that contains caffine that can kill dogs. These treats have the same good and health things that human carob treats purchased at a natural food store. I would recommend these to anyone who likes to give their dog a health candy treat instead of chocolate. Your dog will love them.
