Every horse person I know has some of this (not necessarily this brand) in the barn. It's equine neosporin and it works great for that. Put it on scratches and punctures. I dressed a deep puncture with this mixed with DMSO (per the vet's orders) for 2 months...and then read on the label that it's carcinogenic and should be handled with gloves. Oops. Just passing the info along.
