I love the fact that its safe to put inside you pet's bed. Especially if you have a dog that tears things up, like myself. When heated it gets nice and warm,but after 5 hours it was again hard with very little warmth. I find it strange that its made of something that so hard when cold ,that turns to liquid when hot. Why not something that stays soft? When it turned hard it got my dog's attention to where he wanted to know what was in his bed. Since I don't feel comfortable using anything with electricity because of the chance of it getting torn up, it makes my choices very few. I will continue to use this until I find that perfect warmer.......its better than nothing. Only now i have to get up at 3 am to reheat it.
I purchased this product for my outside cats. They love it. I warm it at night and then again in the morning. We leave early for work, so the morning warming gives them extra warmth until the sun comes up. This is a super product!
