Consist of (1) standard adjustable base with 2 magnets, (1) rubber cradle, and (1) rubber post.
This stand is nice overall and serves its intended purpose well. However, the magnets are so strong that one pulled off from the stand the second time I pulled my rasp off it! Either the glue was not sticky enough or the magnet is too strong...not a big deal to me but I might try to reattach the magnet if I can find some industrial strength glue.
Nicely made. Cradle comes off to another square rubber stopper so you really don't have to keep switching if you don't want to. Cradle measures 4.5 x 5 inches and is actually big enough for my Belgian Draft.
