The plastic tray in the bottom of the crate bounces on the metal wire underneath and can be noisy. Especially at night when your dog moves around! I solved this by cutting the cardboard it came in to size and slid it between the crate and the tray. Problem solved. Size is great, very versatile because of the two doors.
You can use this both directions. Two doors to allow versatility in placing. The bottom tray slides out for easy cleaning, especially when you are training a puppy or if your adult dog ate something that didn't agree with him. The divider works great too to limit the space the puppy gets and expand as it ages. Two years old and still great!
