This martingale is the RIGHT length. Others were too long. (I attached a thin strap to the rings, and looped the strap around my horse's neck. The martingale/fork works beautifully.)
Ordered it in brown. At first I wasn't sure because all I've ever used is a leather running martingale with an over neck strap, but I used it today & like it. I ran the strap through my tie down loop on my breastcollar so it didn't hit the ground if I dropped the reins, too. Nice to be able to leave it on my saddle & still be able to walk carrying it & not end up on the floor!
Totally worth the $5!
