We have used these exclusively for 8 years with our teacup yorkie, Noel. We now also have another little yorkie and a 3 year old shih tzu. As with ANY potty pad, if your dog wets on the edge, it may run under the pad and make a mess on your floor but a simple solution to that problem is to purchase a plastic frame for the pads. We now have three frames throughout our house and no longer have the leak problem. The frames also help hold the pads in place, so if you have more than one dog, like us, it doesn't get pulled around your floor if the dogs are playing nearby. The price offered on the potty pads at Jeffers is much better than anywhere else we have ever found!
