Works on any wood, pipe or aluminum gate. Opens with one hand, but livestock cannot open it. Will not break, freeze or rust closed. Bracket, chain, and screws included.
I like this latch for two reasons. First, it's ease of use, yes, one handed opening. Second, I've used all the other slider-type latches and with our ground movement, the gates shift so then the latch doesn't work. With this non-rigid, flexibility, I haven't had this problem and it's been installed for over two years.
