Sizing That Makes Sense: Weaverฎ collars are measured from the middle of the buckle to the second hole from the billet end. This allows 2 extra inches for added adjustment. There's no need to add inches to the actual measurement of the pet's neck - size of your pet's neck is the collar size.
I ordered a small (13") simple collar and a 4' lead as an add on to a larger order and have been more than pleased. People familiar with tack will appreciate these nice harness leather collars similar to what is used in split reins, draw reins and tie downs/martingales. The 4' lead is a nice thickness with what appears to be hand rubbed edges. If the dog doesn't chew through it, it will last forever. A very nice product at a great price.
I have used these Leather Dog Collars on several large Dog's over the years. I have been Well Pleased. Also I have used these H. D. size dog collars for holding down/on my truck as a Telephone Cable Splicer & Electrical work. They hold a 28' ext. ladder on well & a 6' H. D. as well. They have lasted for many years.
