Not happy

Don't confuse this with the Wonder Fork by Farnam. It is not the same. I bought a couple replacement heads thinking it was what I had, and as soon as I tried to use it, I was disappointed. The shallow basket, flatter angle and untapered tines means I have to bend over further, I can pick up less, I lose about a third trying to shake the good shavings out, and more good shavings remain. I will give these away as soon as the Wonder Fork arrive.

3 years and still going

The tines on my manure forks kept breaking. Once that happens the fork is useless for horse manure. I had several handles so I found the Future fork with a warranty at Jeffers. I bought five head replacements. I installed three. That was three years ago. I have not broken a tine even though our winters are well below freezing for several months when I am using the forks. I still have two replacement heads if I need them. Outstanding forks.

Great for shavings

Future forks are great for cleaning pens with shavings, but not the best for really dirty pens with straw. It seems like the prongs are not strong enough to be able to really get a good thing of straw, metal pitchforks are better for straw. However, for shaving these forks work great! We have around 3 of them and we use them all the time! They last a long time!
