I bought this collar for my deaf dog so night-time tripping would be eliminated. The idea of this collar is excellent but it is not durable. My first collar lasted 3mos before ripping in half. My dog is aged and indoors so this was not an over-use issue. Jeffer's awesome customer service promptly replaced the collar but the replacement had a 1cm tear in it right out of the box so I suspect it is a manufacturing concern. I am returning it too as it will rip soon anyway. Maybe just a bad lot# from FurEver Brite??..i dont know.
MOST AMAZING COLLAR EVER!!!! IT IS SO AMAZING HOW FAST IT GETS ACTIVATED BY LIGHT! THE INSTRUCTIONS SAID 5 MINS OF LIGHT ACTIVATES COLLAR AND COLLAR WILL GLOW FOR 48 HOURS! IT JUST AMAZES ME HOW BRIGHT IT IS AT NIGHT! I HAVE A BULL TERRIER THAT IS QUITE BULL HEADED SOMETIMES AND DECIDES AT NIGHT WHEN I LET HIM OUT THAT HE IS FREE AND CAN RUN AND NOT LISTEN! THIS HAPPENS ON OCCASION BUT WHEN IT DOES I AM ALWAYS TERRIFIED THAT HE WILL GET HIT BY A CAR OR I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO FIND HIM. NOW I ALWAYS KNOW WHERE HE IS AND IF HE DOES GET AWAY I KNOW THAT PEOPLE WILL BE ABLE TO SPOT HIM! IT IS TRULY AN AMAZING PRODUCT AND IT IS ALWAYS CHARGING WHEN IT IS EXPOSED TO ANY SORT OF LIGHTING! IT IS ALSO GREAT IN THE DARK HOUSE AT NIGHT BECAUSE I ALWAYS AFRAID I AM GONNA STEP ON HIM!
