For small and medium, the maximum length is 23' while the large has a maximum length of 26'.
I've been using Flexi leashes for my two dogs for over ten years and they have served me well. They are sturdy, retract quickly, are easily to lock and work like they should.
I have had some problems though. It seems that with daily use the leash only has a life of about two years before they break. It's always the retraction function that stops working making the leash useless. I have also had a problem with the leash breaking off on a couple of occasions after a couple of years of use.
In the past I've bought the smallest leash for dogs weighing less than 25 pounds for my 22 pound dog and it has turned out to not be sufficient as the leashes - two of them - broke off as my dog pulled. Now I buy the medium size leash for both dogs and it works fine.
In general Flexi leashes are decent leashes that work well and gives the dogs the freedom to run around a bit while safely leashed. Anyone who buys them should however be aware that with daily use by an active dog the leash may just last for a couple of years.
