When my daughter's Quarter Horse/Arabian started showing signs of laminitis, these boots were a key part of his recovery. SO much easier than cold hosing or standing the horse in ice water. The boots are durable and stay on. If I had it to do again, I might order four boots so two could be in the freezer while the horse was wearing two.
