Nice, sturdy blanket that is also very fashionable. My mare is turned out 24-7 and this blanket has stayed put. Hardware and straps are good quality. The fleur de lis pattern is unique and the hot pink you can see a mile away!
I've ordered 2 different Jeffers blankets in the past (for different horses) and have been very pleased with the quality of them, so ordered one of these without hesitation. However, I should've paid more attention, as this specific blanket only has the buckle front closure, not the quick-latch snaps or the traditional hook and loop blanket closures. I personally do not like buckle fronts, and would've preferred not to have bought one. At least it does have the velcro to help hold it closed at the chest. And it still has the belly straps that can be removed from either side of the horse-- one feature that has endeared Jeffers blankets to me and I absolutely love. Overall, the blanket itself is just as great a quality as all of Jeffers blankets, I just have a personal dislike for buckle fronts.
