A palatable natural fiber made of Pharmaceutical grade Psyllium. Will reduce sand colic in most horses. Add 3 heaping Tbsp per day to feed for 3 days, off for 3 days, then repeat. Continue feeding off and on for a period not exceeding 30 days. After 30 days add 3 Tbsp to feed once a week as directed by your vet. Provide ample supply of water for horse.

I have used this product successfully for several years. My horses like it and when I check for sand in their manure there is none. However, I just bought for the first time the 25 lb container and after two days of working have been unsuccessful at getting the lid off the container so I can continue to use it.
