Very Tough! Our babies eat whenever they want, the other horses try, but eventually give up! The only problem we've had is the rubber stopper in the bottom kept comming out. We replaced it with a bolt. LOVE IT!!!
I have purchased two of these foal feeders and both mares broke these in a few minutes! The metal bars are set in plastic slots which are easily broken as the mare pushes on the bars. Also, the plastic rim can be pulled off in no time by a hungry mare! Don't waste your money.
