Schnocker
Reviewed By:  Amy (Reno, NV)
We rescued a dog while living in South Korea, and were always curious as to what she was. She looked like a Schnauzer cross. The test is simple. The results are fast, and accurate. Turns out she's a Schnauzer-Cocker Spaniel mix, so we tell people she's a Schnocker. The test is great to try to watch for genetic diseases/common injuries. While they are mutts, it's great to know the specific kind of dog they are. We're happy, and going to buy another for our heeler/corgi?? cross.

Happy

Very happy with our results. The test was easy. Got them in 2 weeks. It was nice to be able to check the status online. It is free to get your results. The family tree is kinda neat too. They have a database on their website that other people have submitted photos of their mix breed dogs. So you can see all the different examples of dog that has that breed in them. I noticed some people were upset with their results and we were nervous ours was going to come back way off. I've read you should quarantine your dog to make sure he doesn't lick anything before doing the test and to wear gloves (we didn't do this). I guess you never know what is in your dog's family line. So if you have an open mind then give it a try. We thought our rescue dog was a Schnauzer/Chihuahua mix. Turns out he is all Schnauzer on one side and Havanese Poodle on the other.
