Designed by professionals, this custom-made halter features two strategically placed knots that trigger pressure points on the horse's nose to help maintain control of a difficult or young horse. The halter is slightly rigid, has a smooth finish and comes with a 15 foot lead with poppers.
This is the only halter I use, it adjusts to fit anything from yearlings to full grown horses. they respest it better than the web halters and the soft rope halters. No pulling.
We love these halters and leads. We do Clinton Anderson style of training and these are very similar to his equipment. We own quarter horses and these halters fit like a charm. The lead works great. We use these halters for everything. I will buy another in a heartbeat.
I love everything about this halter but the size. The lead is nice and long. The halter is a thinner, stiff rope. In order to make this fit behind the cheek I had to pull it tight on the nose. My horse could not open his mouth. This halter would be great for younger horses or ponies.
