I order 100 of them. They are not too bad, and I use them with my puppies, but I would like to see more information in these packets. I'm giving it 4 stars because their very handy with a litter of pups, but they could use more info. Thanks, K

Excellent for record keeping. I gave each buyer of our lab puppies one of these with what shots we had given the pups. It was part of their "puppy packet."

I swear these used to be free if you also bought vaccines... I always got 25 of them cause I bought 25 vaccines at a time.
