I live in a 2 bedroom mobile home with my 8 cats and Norwegian Elkhound and Mastiff/Rottweiler pup. These traps are wonderful, I find fleas, spiders and stink bugs in mine. I also use flea/tick preventative on the animals but have NOT had a problem with fleas in my house.
We live in So. California, a major flea area. I purchased 2 about a month ago and moved them room to room catching hundreds of fleas. With 1 dog, and 3 house cats we find them a blessing and are buying 3 more so we have one in each major area of the house. It has cut the problems by atleast 85%.
I have had the trap for over a week now and I have only seen 3 fleas on it. I have a German shepherd and 3 cats that stay in one room at all times, only the dog goes outside. I know there are fleas on the animals, I can see them, so I don't know why this product isn't working for me. I also woke up this morning to find that the 1 week old bulb had blown. Great.
