We have had this bed for almost 2 yrs now and it is Sierra's FAVORITE. Like others stated, it took a few tries before she would get on it, but once she did she was hooked. I bought a replacement cover when I first ordered the product and I swapped it out today. It was not worn out...I was just tired of looking at Green so now I am looking at Terracotta! My 11 yr old dog couldn't be happier. I swear she smiles when she gets on it...no, really, she does! :-)
I bought two of these over 7 years ago and just now have ordered replacement covers. My two large dogs stay outside during the day and these have been in constant use every day. Only recently did they start to show signs of wear. So easy to keep clean too - just hose them off! The dirt and sand the dogs pick up just falls through - so they are cleaner too! At first it took them awhile to try them and trust them, but once they did, they both used them all the time. Fantastic product for a truly unbelievable value.
I have three dogs 65-80#. It took a long time before they could try it but now it's in demand so I'm buying a second one. I have an old lab mix with a weak rearend and she loves this bed. It's off the ground so it's easy for her to get on and easy to get back off and be able to stand up. The other plus is that we are in the desert so The airflow is great in the summer and it's less likely anything will hop, slither, or crawl up on them while they're napping.
