Free Engraving with the purchase of any of these quality anodized aluminum tag styles. All tags include durable metal split rings for collar attachment (except slide-on style).
You may engrave any information you wish on the front and/or back of your tag. (Slide-on style and riveted are one-side only.) Line lengths depend on tag size.
All large tags can have up to 6 lines except the heart and collar tags which can have up to 5.
All small tags can have up to 4 lines except collar and heart styles (5 lines).
Text is automatically centered and sized to fit the finished tag.
More info and/or more lines = smaller text on the finished tag.
NOTE: Stainless Steel or Silver refers to color not material. All tags are Anodized Aluminum.
PLEASE NOTE: 3L Roman means 3 lines for each letter and is easiest to read. 2L means double stroke. All other type fonts are single stroke letters. See last image for examples.

I just got 3 collar slide tags to replace my dog's old ID tag, one for each of her two new collar/leash sets and a spare for her next color set. I had her name- first and last- put on the first line, my phone number on the second, county and state on the third, "dog license" on the fourth, and the # on the fifth (didn't want any doubt about what county or what the mumber meant). The writing is small, but readable (I got the black with Roman font), and she has no dangling tags- it's amazing how much quieter it is at night. She has a delicate stomach and sometimes needs out in the middle of the night, so leaving her old collar with the dangling tags off at night wasn't an option.
Large bone tag was on back order. When I recieved it, I had to put on my readers. The engraving is so thin, you can hardly make out what it says. Won't buy any more of these. Had originally ordered 3, when those become available, thanks but no thanks! :o)
First off, the customer service was a 5 star experience. They had a question about my order and had some concern about me ordering the silver tag so they called me directly. The Jeffers employee recommended that I pick a color over the silver option as it would be much more legible, and wow was she right. I got a black slider and red bone and both are highly legible with contemporary font. They even sent me the silver one they had already engraved and had called to let me know how hard it was to read at no charge. It was really hard to read, if you get a silver make sure you get the thickest font option they have or you will be disappointed. The only reason I gave the actual product a 4 star rating is becuase the rings you connect the tag to the collar with are kind of cheap, and I actually lost the silver tag (my backup collar tag on my secondary collar) due to this problem. Get out some old car key chains and add a stronger link ring and this is an amazing buy. The color edges do eventually rub off, but most of the color stays on based on my 10 month and one energetic border collie experience. Again, 5 stars for the customer service, love ordering from ya'll!
