What a great value this is! I just received the JI-RA today and was so pleased to discover that the pliers, like the ST-T2 unit, actually hold 8 letters. 4 to each side. The construction is all metal and seems solid. It seems perhaps big for my small hands, but not unwieldy. So pleased with this purchase! Gave 4 stars only because I have not yet used it on an animal.
