I have a mare with a gnat allergy and she wears a fly sheet 24/7 from early April through first frost. I've had her in this sheet for a couple of months now, since her last year's sheet wore out, and have been very pleased with it. It stays in place well, fits well and has proven to be very sturdy. I like that the neck rug is longer than most and seems to cover her mane better than others I've had. The price is very good too, compared to some of the other fly sheets. I liked it so well after a month that I ordered another one for a spare.
This is the best fly sheet. My horse has worn it for two weeks straight and rolls everyday! It only has one small tear in the side. This sheet stays on well and has done miracles for his coat. He had summer itch due to gnats but now his coat is excellent. I will be ordering another for our second horse.
I ordered this sheet with out finding any reviews, and hoped it would be worth the money.It is, it fits my horse perfect and the neck rug stays put without attaching it anything. The top layer that reflects the sun is a very sturdy nylon material.My horse is a 1000lb quarter horse stallion, and he has only had it on for three days, but has rolled and ran circles in his paddock that is sand and rocks, and nothing has happened to this sheet so far. It did not even shift when he rolled with it. I am very pleased with this sheet. I was worried because it was cheeper and had no reviews, but I am glad I saved my money and got this sheet. Thanks Jeffers for offering such a good and affordable sheet. I also recieved my sheet 48 hours after I ordered it, and I did not pay for any shiping!
