Like Debbie, I use this on myself (learned from my grandma) and it is -the- best for the arthritis in my hands. It works as soon as it hits the skin and lasts a nice long while; amazing level of pain relief. I'd swear by it as a human, so I bet any sore horse would appreciate it too!
