I recently had to go on a business trip to California. The climate was so much milder than I'm used to and so I walked everywhere that I went. From the hotel to the Convention center was about 7 or 8 blocks plus all the walking in the exhibit hall where over 500 vendors were showing their wares, then back to the hotel and then to dinner and back again. It was remarkable that I was able to do all of that walking at all, much less without any more discomfort than an average forty-something would get from that much walking. Even a half day at the zoo was enjoyable and made possible, I believe, by this product. I should mention that I've only been taking this for about 3 weeks.
