They are great, but they don't fit all work-out boots for horses. They protect ingery to the hoof. Their sizes are off too. I have a 15.5hh Quarter Horse and got him mediums, they didn't even start to fit, got him larges and they barely fit.
I love these boots. On a ride they stay in place just like they should and they fit a variety of horses well. The only thing I can say against them (and I didn't factor it into my overall rating cause it isn't exactly their fault) is that I can't put them on my mare while she's out in the field because she undoes the the velcro. I've watched her do it (which was lucky for me cause I was able to find the boot) but it is inconvenient. Otherwise I'm very happy with the quality and effectiveness
