This mask is great for large horses, the velcro closure is wide and snug so they won't rip it off. The ear construction could be better but I have issues with all brands on the ears and just replace them.
Two things that make this mask a waste of money. One-the flimsy ears-shredded within a day. Two-no opening for the forelock-rubs the hair off. Tried to cut an opening and the seam still broke the hair off. Pass this one up. Go for the Cashel quiet ride mask, it is worth the money.
This product was a huge disappointment. First, the Horse size will fit DRAFT horses, not average sized horses. Second, the first time my horses wore them, the fabric on the ears shredded into pieces. I realize horses are rough on things, but I at least expected to get more than 1 use out of this product!
