We purchased 2 of the large draft halters and one halter broke the first time we used it. The ring opened, the halter fell off and the horse was loose. The second halter had been used a few times but again, the ring came open and the horse was loose. Thankfully my husband knowns how to weld and was able to weld the rings back together. You would think for the price that the halter would be better made. Have bought hundreds of other halters for regular and draft horses. We have never paid this much for an every day halter nor had this kind of problem.
