Great way to heat water!
Reviewed By:  Trailgal (St. Louis, Missouri)
I bought this heater a year ago. Told my barn manager she could use it to heat the 20Q water bucket she needed to feed an older horse everyday. Came back and I thought she was going to HUG me! LOL It does take about 20-30 min. to heat water, but it is nice and hot when done. I've noticed that if there is not enough water that it will kick off. It works BETTER in more water, standing up straight, and in really cold water. It actually heats up faster than trying to heat same amount on water in 1000W microwave. It also seems very safe and we've never had a burn or safety issue. I use it to heat the drinking water of older horses and they LOVE it. They actually wait for the water to warm up and then drink a good amount. I've had no issues with colic since using it. Love it! Every barn should have one!

Scalding Hot Water
Reviewed By:  E. Schilling (Vass, NC)
This works great when you need hot water to clean up anything, I've had mine 1-2 years now and it is still working great. To use it, just fill a bucket, place the heater in and plug it in, go feed some hungry animals, and when you come back the water is hot.

takes too long
Reviewed By:  Lyne (Auburn, Georgia)
I bought this during a long freeze period here in Georgia. I thought I could use it to warm water for feed and water buckets. It took 30 minutes to just get 4 gallons of water to get luke warm. Procuct works, it just takes a really long time.
