When we had our Malamute mix spayed I went looking for something that we could keep on her. This pup can pull off any collar and chew it up. She was only able to get this Bite Not collar off once in the whole 2 weeks. No bumping into things, so that was very comfortable for all of us. Very easy off and on. Very well thought out design.
We have 3 Schnauzers out of 6 that suddenly began eating their feet. We have had allergy testing come back negative so we tried the regular cone collars and socks but unsuccessful. These collars have eliminated all chewing. We did cut the straps off b/c it caused matting, but they still work just as well. Love it!
I love this collar. It works so well. I use the comfy cone and this one. One thing that I think they could improve on is the width & length. For my dobermans I need the 6" for the length but 6" is almost to wide for my dogs necks. A couple of them I can't use them on because they have short necks so the collar is to wide. And the 5 inch don't work because is it not long enough to go all the way around the neck. But overall it is great. Love them.
