Contains 30% Etofenprox and 3.6% (S)-Methoprene. New safe, efficient and easy application. Begins killing fleas and ticks within 15 minutes. Kills fleas, ticks, flea eggs and flea larvae. Also kills and repels mosquitoes. Water-resistant in humid and wet conditions.
Do not use on puppies under 6 months of age.
Note: When using any topical spot-on flea treatment, you should not bathe your pet 48 hours before or after application. The oils of the skin and coat help to distribute the product properly, ensuring that the product will be effective.
If I could have given this a big fat 0 I would have. Sorry Bio spot, your new formula is worth about that... nothing.
It is greasy, sopping, messy and worst of all it does NOTHING to stop ticks. We don't have a flea infested area so I can't comment on that, but I expect it would not work on them either.
I used this product for over 10 years and will NOT be going back. K9 Advantix here I come!
The new formula is too thick and is hard to get much of it to the skin. Most of it ends up on their hair and makes them look all greasy. Have switched to an easier product to use and more effective.
